We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

Orders are subject to:

• Stock availability

• Fraud/security checks

• Delivery availability

We may cancel or refuse any order and provide a refund where payment has already been made.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia only. We charge a flat-rate shipping price for all orders under $200 and provide free shipping for orders over the $200 requirement.

We use many shipping companies within Australia. We will select the Shipping Company of our choice when organising delivery of your order. Most orders will require someone to be home when signing for the item but this is not always the case. Some orders will be left in a safe place by the freight company and photo evidence will be provided on request. 

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, supply disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind Returns

• We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation

• Misuse or abuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Unauthorised modifications

10. Installation Disclaimer

Our products should be installed correctly and safely.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

• The wall, surface, or mounting location is structurally suitable

• Correct fixings are used

• Weight limits are not exceeded

• Installation instructions are followed

We strongly recommend professional installation where appropriate.

We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation.

11. Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase, including but not limited to:

• TV screen size

• VESA mounting pattern

• Weight rating

• Stud spacing

• Equipment fitment

• Cable compatibility
